Return & Exchange Policy
✅ 1. Eligibility

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Garments must be unused, with original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers intact.

Sale items, fabrics by the meter, and limited-edition last-stock pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Each order can be returned or exchanged only once.
🔄 2. Defects & Damage

If a garment is delivered with a manufacturing defect, damage, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear images and order details; our team will guide you on next steps.

For verified issues, you may choose a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Customers are not charged for returns or exchanges in cases of verified defects or errors in dispatch
💸 3. Normal Returns & Exchanges (No Defect Found)

If no defect is found upon inspection, return/exchange becomes chargeable:

A return processing fee will apply.

Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error .
🔁 4. Store Credit

For regular returns, credit equals the sale price of the garment.

Issued within 24 hours of return pickup and remains valid for a lifetime
📦 7. Return/Exchange Process

Submit your order number, item details, and photos (if applicable).

Await confirmation for a pickup (India-only).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue credit or process exchange/refund.
⚠️ 8. Conditions & Exceptions

Misuse or alteration of the garment will void eligibility.

Color variations or minor prints inconsistencies (due to handcrafted processes) are not considered defects

We reserve the right to make the final determination in all cases.
