Return & Exchange Policy

✅ 1. Eligibility

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Garments must be unused, with original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers intact.

  • Sale items, fabrics by the meter, and limited-edition last-stock pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Each order can be returned or exchanged only once.


🔄 2. Defects & Damage

  • If a garment is delivered with a manufacturing defect, damage, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images and order details; our team will guide you on next steps.

  • For verified issues, you may choose a replacement, refund, or store credit.

  • Customers are not charged for returns or exchanges in cases of verified defects or errors in dispatch


💸 3. Normal Returns & Exchanges (No Defect Found)

  • If no defect is found upon inspection, return/exchange becomes chargeable:

    • A return processing fee will apply.

    • Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error .


🔁 4. Store Credit

  • For regular returns, credit equals the sale price of the garment.

  • Issued within 24 hours of return pickup and remains valid for a lifetime 


📦 7. Return/Exchange Process

  1. Submit your order number, item details, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Await confirmation for a pickup (India-only).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue credit or process exchange/refund.


⚠️ 8. Conditions & Exceptions

  • Misuse or alteration of the garment will void eligibility.

  • Color variations or minor prints inconsistencies (due to handcrafted processes) are not considered defects 

  • We reserve the right to make the final determination in all cases.
